-We do not ship items. We provide personalized, professional care to clients in & around Indianapolis.
-Please call or email in advance of placing orders to ensure your date is available. Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to not verifying availability will be refunded, minus any charges incurred for funds transfers.
-Delivery charges apply to all rental orders outside of our "free delivery" area. Please call to determine if an additional delivery charge applies.
-A refundable damage deposit applies to all rental items, unless our staff is on site providing coordination services.
-All internet orders must be accompanied by a completed & signed Booking Agreement which is available by clicking the link below. Signed Booking Agreements may be submitted via email.
-All payments are non-refundable (except damage deposits). Date changes will be accommodated if at all possible. Please review our full cancellaton policy on page 2 of our Booking Agreement.
-The list on our order page includes several common rental choices. Many other options are available and can be invoiced directly to you. Please call or email for further information.
